The 2020 Development Squad is built up of 10 members from around the Bay of Plenty.
All though the team is named Tauranga Development don’t let that fool you. There are two riders from Whakatane and one from Taupo which bring diverse experiences, networks and skills to the team. Adding two this we have several riders brought up in Tauranga through a similar learning process. The team members are competitive in both Enduro and Cross-Country disciplines on the domestic race scene. Our 2020 team ranges from national level podium riders, to riders who have only been involved in the sport for 6 months at the time of selection. The squad was strategically chosen to represent a wide range of backgrounds, experiences and skills and everyone brings their own strengths to contribute to the team along with building upon each other’s weaknesses.
